SPRING MONOLITH

Light yet strangely looming, Spring Monolith is a large-scale vertical reinterpretation of the Meeting Points series— and perhaps— a relic from the future. The layers of color peek through one another giving the object its visual lift. The work’s color is informed by the faint yellow and pink flowers that emerge from the cherry blossoms in Washington, DC during early spring. It is a celebration of life reawakened.
