Rituals

Rituals allow us to “speak” to a world with no language. They can be silent conversations or movements— practices. I am interested in creating new rituals that activate and make noticed the vast animate nature of Earth and her people (human and non-human). Rituals can be acts of resistance. Resistance to a dominant reality system of objects, of infinite production, a resistence to a reality that belongs to absolute language. My ritual process is a return to a practice that reimagines our relationships as reciprocitous to eachother and to those that have no voice— a return to the ineffeable.
